While no specific budget range is disclosed, funds are not currently available and no award will be made until funding is secured. The procurement includes one Open Cup Flash Point Tester unit with required accessories, calibration and verification services, and user training, with delivery required within 12 weeks of contract award to the Aerospace Fuels Laboratory at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Additional requirements include vendor registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and completion of a NIST 800-171 Self-Assessment with a minimum score of 110, and the equipment must be manufactured in a DFARS-qualifying country with a one-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects.
