About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for an Open Cup Flash Point Tester procurement with solicitation number FA860125Q0180, dated 15 September 2025. The Q&A addresses three key clarification points: (1) CLIN 0002 Calibration & Verification, which aligns with section 3.1.13 in the Statement of Work, (2) delivery requirements (confirmed as no later than 12 weeks after contract award), and (3) NIST 800-171 Self-Assessment level (confirmed as Level I). The document resolves potential ambiguities in the original solicitation documents regarding calibration services, delivery timelines, and cybersecurity assessment requirements.
