About this opportunity
The Bureau of Engraving and Printing, part of the Department of the Treasury, is conducting market research through a Request for Information to identify potential sources for an online federal acquisition subscription service for acquisition professionals. The procurement seeks a comprehensive one-year individual user access subscription that includes personalized features such as bookmarking and saved searches, Federal Acquisition Regulation reference tools with cross-referencing capabilities, acquisition news and policy updates, learning resources, market research tools, continuous training opportunities, searchable document libraries, interactive calculators, compliance tracking tools, and AI-powered acquisition support. Interested vendors must provide company information including SAM UEI, CAGE code, business size and socio-economic status, GSA Schedule or GWAC information if applicable, along with a capabilities statement detailing relevant experience, technical capabilities, and government contract history. Responses must be submitted in PDF or Word format with the subject line "RFI # BEP-25-AP-0533" by the August 18, 2025 deadline. This RFI is explicitly for market research purposes only and does not constitute a request for bids, quotes, or proposals.
This opportunity does not utilize any set-aside designations and is open to all eligible contractors. No incumbent contractors or current service providers are mentioned in the notice, suggesting this may be a new requirement or the agency is exploring alternative solutions. The notice does not specify any award values, budget ranges, or estimated contract value for this potential procurement. The subscription service is structured as a one-year individual user access arrangement, though the total number of users or licenses required is not disclosed in this market research phase. The timeline focuses on the immediate RFI response deadline of August 18, 2025, with no indication of when a formal solicitation might be released or when contract performance would begin.
