About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 23 has awarded contract 36C26325P0568 to Pharmalogic Holdings Corp for nuclear isotopes used in nuclear medicine imaging. The contract, valued at $156,162.68, covers the period from March 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025, and requires the delivery of specific radiopharmaceutical doses to the Nuclear Medicine Department at Fort Meade. The awarded contract includes multiple radioisotope types such as Tc-99m Sestamibi, Choletec, MDP/HDP, Myoview, NaTcO4, and Mag3, with varying weekly dosage requirements ranging from 5 to 45 mCi. Delivery specifications mandate single unit doses to be delivered five days per week (Monday-Friday) by 8:00am, with strict contingency and communication protocols for potential delivery interruptions. The procurement was justified as a single-source contract due to Pharmalogic Holdings Corp being the only supplier capable of meeting the geographic and timeline requirements for patient care.
