About this file

This document is a Single Source Justification form for a federal contract awarded by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Black Hills VA Health Care System requires Nuclear Medicine doses for the period of 3/1/2025-9/30/2025, with a total contract value of $156,162.68. Pharmalogic Holdings Corp was selected as the sole vendor due to being the only supplier within the geographical region capable of meeting the required timelines for patient care. The market research was limited due to the emergent nature of the requirement, with a commitment to conduct more comprehensive research in the future. The contract covers specific radiopharmaceutical doses including Tc-99m Sestamibi, Choletec, MDP/HDP, Myoview, NaTcO4, and Mag3, to be delivered weekdays to the Nuclear Medicine Department at Fort Meade by 8:00am, with specific contingency and communication requirements for delivery interruptions.
