The purchase order aims to provide the SEC with credit ratings data from structured finance markets, including CMBS, RMBS, and any current or future ABS ratings, as required by SEC staff. Interested parties have until July 29, 2020 to identify their interest and capability to meet the requirement by responding to the notice.
