About this opportunity

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has published a Special Notice announcing its intent to award a single-source purchase order to London Stock Exchange Group, PLC for online access to Stock Exchange Daily Official List (SEDOL) data. This is not a competitive solicitation, and the SEC does not plan to issue a competitive request for proposals. The notice falls under NAICS code 518210, which encompasses computing infrastructure providers and data processing services. The SEC determined that London Stock Exchange Group, PLC is the only source capable of reasonably meeting the requirement under FAR Part 13.106-1(b). The total estimated value of the purchase order is below the simplified acquisition threshold, and the period of performance is one year. Interested parties who believe they can meet the SEC's requirements are invited to identify their interest and capability by the response date of December 12, 2026, though this is not a competitive procurement. London Stock Exchange Group, PLC holds the exclusive capability to provide these identifiers, as they are the authoritative source and are already integrated into the SEC's existing vendor data sets and services.
