The notice was posted on September 9, 2025, with a response deadline of September 15, 2025. The contractor will be responsible for delivery, installation, calibration, certification, and training services, with performance anticipated from September 30, 2025, through January 1, 2026. The X-ray system must include specific features such as Hi-SPOT auto dense area detection, HiTraX image enhancement, and various software packages including HI-TIP-Plus and X-ACT capabilities. While this is not a competitive solicitation, EOUSA has indicated it will consider any information received within five days of publication. The sole source justification is based on the specialized nature of the Smiths Detection equipment and Point Security's unique capability to provide the required system configuration and support services.
