About this opportunity

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued a Special Notice announcing its intent to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration, Inc. The purpose of this Special Notice is to inform interested parties of the CDC's plan to award a sole source contract to OneMine under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The CDC has already added nearly 15,000 publications to the OneMine database and seeks to continue this effort. Interested parties may submit their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, or submit proposals, by 12:00 PM EST on August 14, 2024. The government will consider all responses received within seven days of the Notice's issuance, but a decision to compete the proposed contract is solely at the government's discretion.
