About this opportunity

The 22nd Contracting Squadron at McConnell Air Force Base announced a sole-source intent to award a firm fixed price contract to Monaco Enterprises Inc. for a fire and life safety system technology refresh, with a response deadline of July 6, 2026 at 8:00 AM CST and anticipated contract award by July 30, 2026. The acquisition is not subject to full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as Monaco Enterprises holds the exclusive license and proprietary codes for the Monaco D-21 system and is the only responsible source capable of integrating the required hardware and software upgrades. The work involves replacing and installing servers, client CPUs, displays, and power backup systems across four facilities (buildings 1115, 1200, 51, and the CAT), transitioning the system from Windows 10 to Windows 11, and providing operator training. Only MEI-certified installers can complete installation to ensure proper software-hardware interfacing and warranty coverage. The requirement is classified under NAICS 561621 (Security Systems Services) with a size standard of $25 million. Interested parties may submit capability statements and interest notices via email only to artasia.howard@us.af.mil and sugeys.allen.1@us.af.mil by the July 6 deadline; respondents bear all costs associated with submissions, and no solicitation document is available.
