About this opportunity
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has published a Special Notice for a sole source award to Worldnet for the maintenance of the PRI/DID/ANALOG Circuit at the Caribbean Air & Marine Operations Center (CAMOC) facility in Puerto Rico. The period of performance is anticipated to be a base year and two option years from the date of award.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to announce CBP's intent to issue a firm fixed price sole source award to Worldnet, the current service provider, due to Worldnet's existing capacity and infrastructure to provide the required services. CBP has posted a capabilities statement deadline of August 12, 2024 for any other contractors who believe they can meet the requirements to submit documentation demonstrating their ability to do so. The sole source justification is based on Worldnet being the only authorized contractor capable of providing these services at the CBP locations in Puerto Rico. The anticipated price will be determined fair and reasonable based on market research.
