This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a Voice over IP (VoIP) PRI/DID/Analog Circuit project at the Caribbean Air and Marine Operations Center (CAMOC) facility. The SOW outlines the scope of work, which includes providing desk phone support services, local/long-distance/emergency services, voice messaging, directory services, and voice conferencing. The period of performance is a base year from September 30, 2024 to September 30, 2025, with two option years. The work will be performed at the CAMOC facility located in Levittown, Puerto Rico.
The related federal contract opportunity is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source the CAMOC phone maintenance to Worldnet, the only authorized contractor capable of providing this service at the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) locations in Puerto Rico. The sole source justification is due to Worldnet having the necessary capacity and infrastructure in place to meet CAMOC's service requirements. Interested contractors must submit a capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements by the response date and time.
