About this opportunity

Army Contracting Command-Orlando intends to award a sole-source bridge contract to Valiant Integrated Services LLC for Army National Guard Mission Command Training Support Program support, with option period 2 commencing August 22, 2026 and not to exceed 6 months. Award authority rests on 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) (FAR 6.302-1), finding only one responsible source capable of providing uninterrupted services without substantial transition costs or delay.

Services consist of non-personal support to six Mission Training Complexes located at Camp Atterbury, Indiana; Fort Chaffee, Arkansas; Fort Dodge, Iowa; Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania; Fort Leavenworth, Kansas; and Gowen, Idaho, serving all 50 states, three territories, and the District of Columbia. The bridge contract followed protests of competitively awarded task order W900KK-25-F-A121 (filed September 2 and 22, 2025) and ensures continuity of mission command training operations during re-evaluation.

The redacted J&A (posted January 29, 2026) identifies the contract as Cost Plus Fixed Fee, funded from FY26 OMA, with an original base period of January 22 through February 21, 2026, extended by option month (February 22 through March 21, 2026 as of February 17, 2026 update). Market research identified 14 contractors on the MTCCS II MATOC (six large businesses unrestricted, eight small businesses restricted), all unrestricted vendors expressing competitive interest. FAR clause 52.244-5 (competition in subcontracting) applies.
