About this opportunity
The General Services Administration's Public Buildings Service Region 3 seeks fully serviced office space of approximately 700-750 square feet in Salisbury, Maryland under solicitation number 2MD0469. The space must meet accessibility, fire safety, seismic, and sustainability standards within the delineated area. Responses are due by November 11, 2023 and award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is most advantageous based on price and compliance with requirements. Interested parties should familiarize themselves with telecommunications prohibitions in Section 889 of the FY19 NDAA and register in SAM.gov.
There is no set-aside designation for this procurement. The incumbent lease for the agency's existing office space in Salisbury is expiring, so the government will consider alternative locations if relocation costs and non-productive agency time during a move can be offset over the five year firm term of the new lease. The current space requirements are for a short-term renewal period as the agency evaluates longer-term housing solutions.
