About this file
This notice seeks expressions of interest for office space in Salisbury, Maryland. The General Services Administration's Public Buildings Service Region 3 requires approximately 700-750 square feet of office space, with a fully serviced lease for a five year firm term. The space must meet accessibility, fire safety, seismic, and sustainability standards. Entities should be registered in SAM.gov and be familiar with telecommunications prohibitions in Section 889 of the FY19 NDAA. Expressions of interest are due by November 1, 2023 and should be sent to Jackson Sigler at the provided email address. The incumbent lease for office space in Salisbury is expiring, so the government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous when considering relocation costs.
