The procurement seeks processing of EMT application packages for national certification and recertification at three certification levels: EMT, AEMT (Advanced), and NRP (Nationally Registered Paramedic). This requirement applies to initial entry soldiers and all 68W Military Occupational Specialty personnel across the U.S. Army Active Duty, Reserve Component, and National Guard. The services must comply with Department of Defense Instruction 6000.10 and Army Regulation 40-68, which establish military EMT and paramedic certification policies. The National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) is identified as the sole source capable of providing these services under DOD standards. The pre-solicitation notice was posted on April 21, 2026, with a response deadline of April 30, 2026. All responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations for consideration.

The National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT), located at 6610 Busch Blvd, Columbus, OH 43229-1751, is the identified contractor. The notice does not specify a contract value or budget range for this requirement. The acquisition utilizes simplified procedures under FAR 12.201-1 and Title 41 U.S.C. 1901. No specific timeline for service delivery or quantity metrics are detailed in this pre-solicitation notice, though the services will support ongoing military medical readiness requirements across multiple service branches and component levels.
