Delivery location is NIH Building 14F, Room 118, 9000 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, Maryland 20892. The EchoMRI-A130 shall provide high-precision, non-invasive measurement of fat mass, lean mass, free water, and total body water in conscious, unanesthetized live mice with total body mass up to 130 grams without exposure to ionizing radiation. Required components include specimen holders sized for 40g, 60g, and 80g subjects; daily system test and calibration samples; on-site installation and operator training; an EchoMRI A10 insert antenna/probe for whole-organ and tissue-sample measurements; independent reporting of free water and total body water as discrete parameters; and data output compatible with the existing dataset.

NAICS code 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, applies; the small business size standard is 1,000 employees, and this requirement is not set aside for small business. Quotations must include unit price, list price, shipping and handling costs, delivery timeframe, delivery terms, prompt payment discount terms, F.O.B. point, and product descriptions.
