The NAICS code is 333914, Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing, with small business size standard of 750 employees.

All fluid-contacting components must comply with MIL-STD-2041 and MIL-STD-767 for detrimental material and cleanliness standards. The specification prohibits cadmium plating, brass/bronze components unless authorized, mercury, and certain thread sealants. Mounting frame dimensions are approximately 65 × 65 × 65 inches with floor loading not exceeding 250 lbs/ft². Testing must validate 60 GPM capability at 1,000 psig, emergency stop functionality, VFD de-energization, and performance curves.
