The vendor must provide manufacturer service and parts availability. Optional items include one Q-band pulsed EPR spectrometer with cryogen-free cryomagnet and DEER capability, plus four additional current-generation cryoplatforms for NMR spectrometers at various field strengths.
Capability statements must demonstrate experience and skills to fulfill requirements, include descriptive literature, delivery timeframe, warranties, and a point of contact with authority and knowledge to discuss responses.
