The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is seeking information from contractors to conduct preventative maintenance on the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at the Southwest Fisheries Science Center facility in La Jolla, California. The facility contains various labs, an aquarium, necropsy lab, specimen processing areas, and office space for 275 staff. Required services under the potential award include semi-annual preventative maintenance of chillers, boilers, air handlers and other HVAC equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
