The government assumes no liability for reimbursement of response costs, and any submissions become government property without guaranteed follow-up discussions or contractual obligations.

Interested contractors must submit responses by February 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET, with preliminary questions due by February 2, 2026. Vendors must be U.S. citizens and demonstrate compliance with OSHA, Joint Commission, and CLIA regulations. Key requirements include providing medical staff such as nurse practitioners and nurses, administering vaccinations, conducting medical surveillance, managing occupational injuries and illnesses, and supporting human resources processes using the Cority software system. The projected contract structure includes a one-year base period with four option years, with an anticipated award date of September 2026, and the primary NAICS code is 621498 (All Other Outpatient Care Centers).
