About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking warehouse support services to maintain Civil Engineering Equipment (CEE) in support of the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) EXMEDS programs. The CEE encompasses Civil Engineer Support Equipment (CESE), Civil Engineer End Items (CEEI) Configurable Shelters, Containers, and Expeditionary Tool Kits, along with all collateral and installed equipment. The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive labor for all warehouse and production operations related to these assets. The primary performance metric for this contract is that 95% of all monthly scheduled CEE workorders must maintain a ready-for-issue status, with contractor performance measured monthly against this standard. The pre-solicitation notice was posted on March 4, 2026, with responses due by March 17, 2026. The contractor will coordinate with NMRLC staff to pre-assign CEE material to EXMEDS programs as required.
This procurement opportunity is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and will be competed among Seaport NxG MAC holders who meet this qualification. This is a re-solicitation of a previous warehouse support services requirement, with the current solicitation reflecting an increased magnitude of required services beyond the scope of the original contract. The notice does not specify an award value or budget range, nor does it identify any current or incumbent contractors. The contract will be classified under NAICS code 493110 (General Warehousing and Storage) and PSC code M1GZ (Operation Of Other Warehouse Buildings). Interested contractors should note that this is a non-commercial support services procurement restricted to eligible MAC holders.
