The draft Statement of Work covers a multi-year framework contract for technical support, maintenance, configuration management, training, and operational assistance across five system families: Video Conference Systems, Video Wall Systems, Digital Signage Systems, Large Display Systems, and Public Address Systems. The contract structure spans five consecutive one-year periods subject to continued NATO funding and authorization. All contractor personnel must hold valid NATO SECRET or higher personnel security clearances issued by NATO-recognized National Security Authorities.
