Interested vendors must review the attached Statement of Work and submit responses by the due date of February 27, 2026, addressing the detailed requirements outlined. Prospective contractors must maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications, comply with Italian safety regulations and HACCP standards, and demonstrate capability to deliver chemicals twice weekly to the Water Treatment Plant and biweekly to the Wastewater Treatment Plant, with emergency delivery available within two hours on a 24/7 basis. No specific business size standard or set-aside determination has been contemplated for this overseas procurement.
