The Department of Veterans Affairs, Atlanta VA Health Care System (AVAHCS) is issuing a solicitation for a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide workload services. The contractor will be required to receive, deliver, and install furniture, equipment, and other property for the AVAHCS, its Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and leased spaces. The services include disassembly, transportation, reassembly, repair, and occasional flooring and base work. The contract will have a base period of performance from May 1, 2024, to April 31, 2029, with four one-year renewal options. Quotes are due by May 17, 2024.

The Contractor shall provide workload services to include receiving, delivery, and install services for furniture, equipment, and other property of the Atlanta VA Health Care System (AVAHCS) and (CBOC and Leased space, furnishings from multiple campuses to off campus and back and at other off campus locations. This service shall include service to outlying Outpatient Clinics on a less frequent, but periodic basis. We require a move Contractor/vendor to provide a full range of services to disassemble/reassemble, repair and remove existing furnishings and related parts from a location, then transport the items to a new location and install/place them according to the direction of the Facility POC or COR and or capable of reading floor plans and drawings in AutoCAD and create and manage a professional inventory with photographs and to occasionally remove and replace flooring and base. The term of the IDIQ contract shall be a base plus four (4) options. A request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24724Q0222 will be issued on or about April 8, 2024. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is May 1, 2024, through April 31, 2029, or the base period, with four (4) one year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is Size Standard 561210Facilities Support Services standard size of $47.0. The solicitation issued will be 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.
