The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Education seeks multiple educational and therapeutic services for Wingate High School in Fort Wingate, New Mexico, with quotes due August 21 at 5:00 PM MDT and technical questions due August 19 at 10:00 AM MDT. The procurement is set aside 100% for Total Small Business under NAICS codes 621340 and 621330.
Place of performance is on-site at Wingate High School. The contract covers a base period from August 24, 2026 through July 31, 2027, with four one-year option periods extending through July 31, 2031. Services required include occupational therapy, physical therapy, certified occupational therapist assistant (COTA), physical therapist assistant (PTA), and school psychologist-counseling support, estimated at 648 total labor hours in the base year (546 hours psychology/social work, 63 hours COTA, 21 hours PTA, 10 hours physical therapy, and 8 hours occupational therapy).
Key personnel must hold master's degrees, current New Mexico licenses or certifications in their respective disciplines, and signed letters of commitment. All key personnel must be U.S. citizens, pass background investigations and security clearances, and provide evidence of required immunizations (MMR, Tdap, Polio, and annual TB testing). Contractors must comply with Service Contract Labor Standards, offer paid sick leave under Executive Order 13706, and provide fringe benefits including health and welfare, vacation, and holidays. Invoicing must be submitted electronically through the Treasury's Internet Payment Platform. The quote remains effective for 120 calendar days after solicitation close.
