This notice provides advance notification of an upcoming solicitation for a multiple award construction contract indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with the Department of the Air Force Global Strike Command. This notice serves to provide notification to all small businesses for the upcoming solicitation for services non-personal: Provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, and transportation to and from the job site for a 7-year ordering period (5-year base period and a 2-year option period) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) IDIQ in accordance with project Statement of Work.
Magnitude of this solicitation is more than $10,000,000.00 with a contract ceiling of $90,000,000.00.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction); the Business Size Standard is $39,500,000.00 in average annual receipts for the last three years.
The complete solicitation package, which includes the project plans and specifications, will be made available only through the SAM.beta website at https://beta.sam.gov/. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on SAM.beta. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site to update files. This project will be solicited as both a Small Business set-aside (3 anticipated awards) and Women-Owned Small Business set-aside (2 anticipated awards) with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Award will be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in FAR 15.101-1(b)(2), in which technical capability and past performance history, when combined, will be evaluated on a basis significantly more important than price considerations.
