About this opportunity
The Federal Aviation Administration intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements for miscellaneous automation and communication-supported parts to support National Air Space System equipment maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities, with responses due by July 9, 2026. This is a market survey, not a solicitation or RFI; responses will inform source lists and determine whether adequate competition exists to justify small business set-asides (small business, woman-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, or 8(a) certified firms). The FAA will not reimburse vendors for response costs. Only vendors responding to this market survey will be considered for future procurement action.
The FAA Logistics Center, Supply Chain Team (AJW-L840), is conducting the survey to evaluate statements of interest and capabilities from eligible vendors. A parts list containing over 500 line items with unit prices and supplier part numbers is attached, along with a manufacturer part number cross-reference table identifying authorized suppliers and specification sources across communications equipment, connectors, filters, batteries, power systems, lighting components, electronic assemblies, and industrial equipment categories. Pricing for individual items ranges from under two dollars to over seven thousand five hundred dollars.
The acquisition strategy has not been determined; the FAA will choose between unrestricted competition and small business set-aside based on survey response volume and capability assessment. Interested vendors should register in SAM.gov and respond by the July 9, 2026 deadline.
