The solicitation deadline is April 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM local time, with quotations to be submitted electronically to Nicole Johnson at nicole_johnson@ios.doi.gov. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to conduct a site visit at the Sand Creek Field Station before submitting their proposals.
This acquisition is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, meaning only certified small business concerns are eligible to submit quotations; offers from non-small business entities will be rejected as nonresponsive. The work must be completed by September 30, 2026, with a performance period commencing May 18, 2026. Key project details include replacement of 4 gates, 2 corner structures, 2 drainage structures, 64 deadman structures, and various H-braces, along with removal of fire-damaged materials and installation of new fencing with 3 strands of wire per specifications. Performance will occur at the Charles M. Russell National Wildlife Refuge, Sand Creek Field Station, located at 8407 U.S. Highway 191 North, Roy, Montana 59471.
