The Military Sealift Command (MSC), a component of the Department of the Navy, is seeking small arms training range services through Request for Quotation (RFQ) N3220526Q7008. The procurement requires an exclusive-use shooting range facility capable of conducting small arms training and qualification for civilian and contract mariners using 7.62mm, 5.56mm, 9mm, and 12-gauge weapons. The facility must meet Naval Occupational Safety and Health regulations, accommodate a minimum of eight shooting lanes with clear lines of fire at distances of 3, 7, 10, 15, and 25 yards, and provide essential infrastructure including potable water, bathrooms, public address systems, and support for multiple firing positions. Key contract requirements include scheduling three-hour training sessions three days per week with a maximum of 24 students per class, with MSC providing weapons, ammunition, and instructors while the contractor supplies and maintains the range facility. Evaluation will be based on price alone, and quotes must be submitted via email to Michael Caraballo by March 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM Eastern Time, with questions due by March 11, 2026. The anticipated award date is March 30, 2026, and offers must remain firm for 60 calendar days.
