The notice seeks vendors capable of providing a comprehensive range of supplies and incidental services for military facilities across two geographic zones: Zone 1 (Japan, Okinawa, Singapore, Diego Garcia, Philippines, and Thailand) and Zone 2 (South Korea). Interested vendors are required to submit a three-page Capability Statement by 3:00 PM ET on April 1, 2025, which must include company details such as business size, CAGE code, contact information, and documentation demonstrating competence and understanding of the requirements. The solicitation covers various product categories including HVAC supplies, plumbing materials, electrical products, tools, construction supplies, security items, communication devices, and janitorial products. Vendors must email their responses to Lauren Vendetti and Thomas Pace, with the subject line "MRO Pacific Region - Sources Sought."

The Sources Sought notice indicates no specific set-aside designations and emphasizes that this is purely a market research tool with no commitment or obligation from the government. While no specific award value or budget range is disclosed, the contract appears designed to support a wide array of logistics and maintenance needs across multiple Pacific region countries. The notice explicitly states that response is voluntary and will not guarantee future participation in any subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Respondents will not be notified of the survey results, and no reimbursement will be provided for costs associated with preparing and submitting information. The contract's scope suggests a potentially significant and long-term procurement supporting military infrastructure and operational readiness in the Pacific theater.
