Amendment 0003
The purpose of this amendment is to clarify terms of CLIN 0700 (NTE Travel CLIN).
1. The period of performance of CLIN 0700 should be equal to the length of the warranty included with the equipment.
2. Each trip will be for a maximum of 3 days.
All other terms and conditions remain the same..

Update #3 ·

Amendment 0002
The purpose of this amendment is to add a "Not To Exceed (NTE) Travel CLIN" and to extend the closing date.
1. CLIN 0700 is added as a Not-To-Exceed (NTE) Travel CLIN. This CLIN includes no more than three (3) total visits to the sites listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). Clarification: this does not mean 18 total visits. Not all sites will have a site visit. The site visits will be used in suuport of troubleshooting when or if the need arises.
2. The closing date has been extended to accomodate this addition. All offerors must resubmit updated quotes to reflect the new CLIN.
All other terms and conditions remain the same..

Update #2 ·

Amendment 0001
The purpose of this amendment is to respond to an offeror's question.
Question 1: In Section 3.2, it states the following: "The MG shall be sized to the DASR provider requirementsincluding the most demanding mode of HVAC operation, and the UPS load while recharging its batteries, plus 20 percent." It then states the load as follows: "UPS 67A, ECLIN#1 7.4A, ECLIN#2: 7.4A." The total load would appear to be 81.18A. In the statement above, it was requested that the MG set be sized to carry the load plus 20 percent.
Has the Government factored in the "20 percent" into the load that they provided in the table? Does 81.18A represent the nominal load "plus 20 percent" they require? Or do we need to add an additional 20 percent of capacity on top of the load of 81.18A that was provided in the table? Does our generator need to provide 81.18A x 1.20 = 98.16A. Please clarify.
Response 1: The generator needs to be capable of providing 98.16A during steady-state. The table icontains the nominal loads and do not include the 20% margin.
All other terms and conditions remain the same..
