About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone intends to procure three Model RPM4-A70M Reference Pressure Monitors via market research RFI, with responses due July 9, 2026. This is a sources-sought action to identify potential suppliers; the RFI is not a binding solicitation and does not constitute a promise to issue a future RFP.

The equipment will serve as backup to the pneumatic pressure side of pressure laboratories at TSC Anniston, TSC Fort Campbell, and TSC Fort Eustis. Current calibration relies on Druck PACE1000 equipment with external IDOS sensors but lacks backup capability during calibration downtime. Delivery is required to the Enterprise Support Division (ESD) at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

Each unit must feature the RPM4-Base Pressure Monitor, RPM4-HI-A70MS high range readout (70 MPA absolute gas standard), RPM4-UOM-US nominal ranges in US units of measure, MIL-STD-129 labeling, and MIL-STD M130 labeling with Unique Identification. The equipment has a pressure range up to 10,000 psi and accuracy of 0.01% of reading, suitable for calibrating pressure gauges, transducers, and transmitters of varied accuracy levels.

Respondents must submit full company name, business size, socio-economic status, points of contact with telephone numbers and email addresses, CAGE Code, and Unique Entity Identifier via email to Contracting Officer Lisa S. Armes (lisa.s.armes.civ@army.mil, 520-674-8668) or Contract Specialist LaToya T Whitsett (latoya.t.whitsett.civ@army.mil). Set-aside status is TBD. NAICS 334513; PSC 6685.
