About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone in support of the U.S. Army Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA) for market research purposes. The RFI is not a binding solicitation and does not constitute a promise to issue a future Request for Proposal. The government will not compensate respondents for information submitted, and non-response does not preclude participation in any subsequent RFP.
The requirement is for three (3) Model RPM4-A70M Reference Pressure Monitors to serve as backup equipment for the pneumatic pressure side of pressure laboratories at three locations: TSC Anniston, TSC Fort Campbell, and TSC Fort Eustis. The equipment must be delivered to the Enterprise Support Division (ESD) at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The specified units include the RPM4-Base Pressure Monitor, RPM4-HI-A70MS with 70 MPA Absolute Gas rating, RPM4-UOM-US with nominal ranges in US units of measure, MIL-STD-129 labeling, MIL-STD M130 labeling with Unique Identifier (UID), and shipping and handling. The equipment features a pressure range up to 10,000 psi and accuracy of 0.01% of reading. Responses must be submitted via email by July 9, 2026, to Contracting Officer Lisa S. Armes (lisa.s.armes.civ@army.mil, 520-674-8668) or Contract Specialist LaToya T Whitsett (latoya.t.whitsett.civ@army.mil). Interested parties must provide full company name, business size, socio-economic status, points of contact with telephone numbers and email addresses, CAGE Code, and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). The set-aside status is listed as TBD. Reference Number: PANRSA-25-P-0000-036190; Classification Code: 6685; NAICS Code: 334513.
