The engine must meet current U.S. EPA emission standards with minimum four-cylinder electronically controlled fuel injection. The transmission must be electronically controlled, adaptive, with minimum three forward and three reverse gears. Additional required features include ROPS/FOPS-compliant operator station conforming to SAE J1040ARP88 with air conditioning and deluxe adjustable seat; adjustable steering console with secondary system; emergency stopping capability with brake pressure indicators; manufacturer-designed, load-sensing modular hydraulic system; disc clutch locking differentials; 400/70 R20 XMCL/Bibload or equivalent wheels; rear-mounted drawbar; transmission and bottom guarding; ride control system; and heated exterior mirrors. Award will be made to the responsible offeror providing best value based on technical conformance to specifications (weighted more heavily than price) and past performance.
