This sources sought notice seeks brief descriptions from interested parties regarding their company background, proposed solutions, and capability to meet potential system requirements for partner nation customers. The primary objective is to determine the appropriate procurement method and assess available industry technologies prior to formalizing any requirement. No formal evaluation criteria are specified in this pre-solicitation notice, as this is informational market research rather than a competitive solicitation. The response deadline for interested parties is January 16, 2026, and the notice was posted on November 6, 2025. Notably, telephone inquiries will not be accepted, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to respondents regarding their submissions.

No incumbent contractor information or specific award values have been disclosed in this market research phase. The notice explicitly disclaims any government obligation to award a contract, commit funds, or accept responses as formal offers, emphasizing that all submissions are strictly voluntary and submitted at no government expense. Multiple awards may be made should the requirement materialize into an actual solicitation. The opportunity falls under NAICS code 334220 (Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing) and PSC code 5895 (Miscellaneous Communication Equipment), indicating the anticipated nature of the procurement.
