This Special Notice from the United States Special Operations Command provides an opportunity for contractors to support Military Freefall and Static Line training services. The notice serves as a periodic reminder and call for industry partners that meet the capability requirements of an existing Multiple Award Contract to submit proposals for potential on-ramping to the contract.
The purpose of the notice is to inform qualified contractors of the ability to join an active Multiple Award Contract for full spectrum support related to Military Freefall and Static Line training, advisory, airlift, and drop zone tasks. Interested firms must submit a complete proposal by September 22, 2023 demonstrating they meet the contract requirements to be considered for on-ramping and evaluation. Awards may be limited to contractors providing Tier 1 support initially, though Tier 2 contractors could be considered based on needs. The objective is not to increase the total number of awardees, but rather provide eligible partners an opportunity consistent with the original solicitation terms and conditions.
