Update 10/19/23: NOTICE: The technical volume/proposal page count described in Section L refers to the exact number of .pdf or .docx pages. A cover letter or table of contents will count against this limit regardless of how your company enumerates the pages of the technical proposal. Do NOT put technical volume information in the price volume/proposal to try to circumvent this page limitation. Offerors are encouraged to eliminate any and all "fluff" from their technical proposals to meet the page count limitations. Also, do NOT reduce font to an unacceptablly small level. Ensure to follow Section L & M exactly to ensure your proposal is given proper consideration by the government.

Offerors may be required to provide evidence of this letter to the CO prior to award.”
