Services will be performed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding federal holidays, with both regular scheduled pickups and on-call services required. The contractor must maintain performance standards allowing no more than one customer complaint per month, with $50 deductions per incident for violations under a quality assurance surveillance plan. The government reserves the right to conduct one-on-one interviews with respondents depending on the number of responses received, though no assurance is provided that a formal solicitation will result from this market research activity.
