The Department of State's US Embassy Mexico will evaluate proposals under the Convention and Trade Show Organizers NAICS category (561920), with the potential to award a firm-fixed price purchase order based on initial offers without further discussion. Electronic proposal submissions are permitted and encouraged, with the opportunity currently in a pre-solicitation phase as of April 16, 2025. All responsible sources may submit proposals that comply with the Request for Quotation (RFQ) requirements.

The pre-solicitation notice indicates no specific set-aside designation for this contract opportunity, suggesting open competition among potential vendors. While specific award values are not disclosed in the notice, the contract will be structured as a firm-fixed price purchase order for production services at the 4th of July event in Mexico City. The procurement will utilize Product Service Code W077 for musical instrument and equipment rental, which aligns with the event's technical production needs.
