The contractor must comply with OSHA regulations, Unified Facilities Guide Specifications, Army Corps of Engineers EM 385-1-1, and submit shop drawings and an Activity Hazard Analysis for each work phase. Contractor must obtain facility badges and conduct asbestos and lead testing before work begins.

The NAICS code is 238120; PSC is Z2JZ. Award uses Lowest Price Technically Acceptable methodology, evaluating technical acceptability (pass/fail), past performance (acceptable/unacceptable), and price. Contracting Officer is Deane Grimes, deane.m.grimes.civ@us.navy.mil. Offerors must maintain current SAM.gov registration. Amendment N0017326Q19030003, issued September 10, updated Attachment 2 with revised conceptual drawings dated September 8, 2026.
