Performance requirements include maintaining the bulk tank system with telemetry monitoring, responding to emergency service calls within 24 hours, conducting bi-weekly cylinder deliveries, and submitting purity testing results and system inspection documentation in compliance with federal standards. The contractor will be responsible for inventory management of multiple cylinder types and sizes, system maintenance, and compliance with electronic invoicing requirements through the Invoice Processing Platform. No specific award value or budget range is disclosed in this pre-solicitation notice, as the primary purpose is to assess market availability of qualified Indian Economic Enterprises capable of meeting the hospital's medical gas service requirements.
