About this opportunity

The United States Marine Corps seeks proposals for media monitoring web-based platform services to support the III Marine Expeditionary Force's communication strategy in the Asia-Pacific region. Offerors are requested to provide unlimited user access and translation capabilities for monitoring various media outlets including print, broadcast, web, and social media platforms in multiple languages such as Japanese, Filipino, Australian, Thai, Russian, and Chinese. The web-based platform must allow users to identify key influencers, track story propagation across media types and geography, and graphically display network structures. Questions are due by August 10th and proposals are due by September 2nd.

There is no set-aside designation. The solicitation seeks a firm fixed price contract for media monitoring services to be performed in Japan over a one year base period with four optional one year extensions. The web-based platform should support 50-100 concurrent users and cover the Asia-Pacific region. Pricing must remain firm fixed price without deviation based on usage.

-Questions shall be submitted via e-mail to the POC in the solicitation by 9 August 2022 at 1000 hours JST.  Responses will be posted via amendment.

-This solicitation closes 19 August 2022 at 1000 hours JST.  Late submissions will not be considered for award.

- UPDATE. Amendment 1 has been posted to answer questions from interested vendors.  The solicitation due date has been extended until 02 Sep 2022 at 1000 hours JST.
