This solicitation includes no set-aside designations and represents an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The contract will accommodate a minimum of 1,000 and maximum of 290,000 meal allowances, with pricing structured as firm-fixed, zero-cost card issuance, and monthly administrative fees to be proposed by the contractor. No incumbent contractor or current contractor information has been identified in the solicitation materials. The service must be operational within 30 days of contract award or on the earliest payroll date possible following award.
