The U.S. Department of Agriculture Agricultural Research Service seeks to award a small business set-aside contract to provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, supplies and transportation for the installation of an underground electrical distribution system at its Tropical Agriculture Research Station in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico.
