The United States Air Force, 99 CONS, Nellis Air Force Base, is seeking capabilities packages for Marriage Retreat Services with a sources-sought deadline of July 23, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Pacific Time. The Air Force explicitly invites responses from small businesses, 8(a), HUBZone, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small businesses, and reserves the right to consider a small business set-aside for any subsequent solicitation.
The requirement consists of two parts, which respondents may fulfill individually or in combination. Part One calls for a lodging facility within 50 minutes of Nellis AFB accommodating 60 adults and 30 children (90 total attendees) in 30 double-occupancy rooms, available August 14–16, 2026. The facility must be within walking distance of restaurants and provide four buffet-style meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch and dinner, Sunday brunch) for 90 people with no alcohol. A conference room must be available for manager-led instruction meetings with audio/visual equipment; the Government will supply equipment if the contractor does not. Part Two requires planning and arrangement of two group activities suitable for 90 people—examples include kayaking, scenic hikes, escape rooms, ropes courses, laser tag, or scavenger hunts—with transportation provided if activities are not within walking distance of the hotel.
Pricing is Firm Fixed Price with no downward adjustment if attendance falls below 90 people. If additional rooms or attendees are confirmed five days prior to the event, the Government pays only for supplementary add-ons beyond the original quoted price.
