About this opportunity

The Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has published a Special Notice conducting a market survey for information and comments from industry regarding the acquisition of PureActiv software licenses, annual maintenance, engineering support, and software-related repair services in support of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest, capabilities, and rough orders of magnitude (cost estimates) from businesses interested in and capable of providing the required material and services per the draft Statement of Work (SOW). The FAA is seeking responses by May 24, 2024, particularly from Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or SBA 8(a) certified firms. The responses will be used for informational purposes only and will not result in a formal solicitation at this time. The FAA is looking to determine if competition exists and whether future acquisition strategies may set-aside part or all of this acquisition to small business concerns.
