This is market research only; the Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation or award a contract as a result. Vendors must demonstrate manufacturing experience with Government-provided Level 3 Product Level Technical Data Packages per MIL-STD-31000, First Article Testing and Production Verification Testing experience, and SolidWorks CAD proficiency. The TDP (distribution code D) requires vendors to hold current DD 2345 Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement certification. Responses should address business classification, production timelines, lead times, production rates, warranty offerings, and Engineering Change Proposal and configuration management capability per EIA-649-1. Participation is voluntary with no compensation provided. Submit to Thomas Bashur (Thomas.d.Bashur.civ@army.mil) and Rebecca Bernock (Rebecca.k.Bernock.civ@army.mil).
