The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity is seeking Network, Engineering, Testing and Cybersecurity Services to be performed at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California through multiple award task order contracts. The services include engineering, testing, laboratory management, configuration management, and specialized services such as advanced network engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, command and control systems, and cybersecurity. The period of performance is expected to begin August 10, 2020. The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) has a requirement to provide Network, Engineering, Testing and Cybersecurity (NETC) Services located at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA.

The period of performance is expected to begin 10 August 2020.

The anticipated procurement will be a Firm Fixed Price Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).

This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via beta.SAM (www.beta.SAM.gov) on or around 1 May 2020 for this requirement. This is not a request for responses. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract.
