About this opportunity
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) and Program Executive Officer Digital & Enterprise Services (PEO Digital) are seeking industry input on a solution to monitor events on the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN). The solution must be capable of capturing performance and user experience telemetry, discovering and remediating network vulnerabilities, and operating autonomously with offline capabilities. Key requirements include enterprise-wide monitoring, integration with existing network management and security tools, advanced analytics, and role-based access controls. Responses to the Request for Information (RFI) are due by September 27, 2024.
This is an unrestricted procurement with no set-aside designation. The current USMC incident ticketing tool is the BMC Remedy suite, which the selected solution must integrate with. While the Marine Corps plans to adopt SolarWinds as the event management solution, the RFI is intended to gather industry feedback to determine the best value solution. No numerical details on contract value or quantities were provided in the pre-solicitation notice.
